Branko Marušič guest of the festival Mesto knjige

On 13th September 2020, Branko Marušič, Nevenka Troha, Jernej Šček, Luka Lisjak Gabrijelčič and Kaja Širok discussed the responsibility of historiography and historians at the Mesto knjige [City of Books] festival organized by the Društvo humanistov Goriške [Humanist Association of Goriška]. Branko Marušič together with Nevenka Troha was a member of the Slovene-Italian commission for the preparation of the report on the Slovene-Italian relations between 1880 and 1956 (Slovensko-italijanski odnosi 1880–1956). On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the report (adopted on 27 June 2000), the authors were joined by younger historians, experts in the border area. The discussion took place on the common square of Trg Europe/Piazza Transalpina, next to the monument of the border.
